The essence of NF " Metallurgy " CL" Podkrepa ":

It`s a proffessional structure ,which combined the established trade union sections in manifacturs and enerprises and they have a directly participation with the metallurgy.

Object and goal :

The activity of NF" Metallurgy" CL"Podkrepa" have for goal and object :

-protection of rights , worth , professional and social interests  of its members.

-created equal standart for manufactures in the metallurgy

-signing of branch collective  labour bargaining , which defining minimum frame for branch.
